Panasonic Gourmet Cooking Tour Bangsar with Dato’ Fazley Yaakob

I have been invited by Panasonic to attend the " Gourmet Cooking Tour Bangsar " with Dato’ Fazley Yaakob .

This cooking class was host by the handsome chef " Dato’ Fazley Yaakob " MasterChef Celebrity Malaysia to Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Here is the simple introduce about " Dato’ Fazley Yaakob " ~ :
Dato' Fazley Yaakob was born in Seremban. Before partaking in the MasterChef Celebrity Malaysia, Dato' studied and worked in several areas.
He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. He then obtained an MBA at IOTA in Australia followed by a doctorate in psychology at the University of Utara in Malaisia.
He is a singer and has recorded five albums as well as being instrumental in promoting Carrefour and Cadbury.
He is also the winner of the MasterChef Celebrity Malaysia, a culinary competition in which 16 Malaysian celebrities compete.
He has learn some French language from French chefs while he arrival at Le Cordon Bleu for his demonstrations classes and practical classes.

We meet with Chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob, an award-winning chef and Panasonic's ' Celebrity Chef ' Ambassador, with a passion to create flavourful, healthy dishes through inventive cuisine.

Chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob will give a special Panasonic demonstration with three dishes at The Cooking House at Bangsar.

With this cooking class, Panasonic would like to introduced their new Grill Microwave Oven models to its acclaimed line of microwaves, offering a variety of choices catering to different cooking needs.

Panasonic combine the Inverter Technology, consistent and precise heat means users can cook, reheat, or defrost foods without overcooking the edge.

Panasonic kitchen appliances very suitable for working women and also housewife because with the modern and inverted advance technology that allow you to cooked variety of foods in a shorter yet faster time, and you also can cook a nice and healthy foods at home now with Panasonic microwave oven !

Here's come the Menu of the day!
The first menu is Grill Prawns ala Thai with Chilli-Lime Salad.

Recipe:
3 large prawns
1 whole lime
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
1/2 chilli Flakes
1/2 tom yum paste
1/4 green zucchini
1/4 yellow zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fish sause
2 tbsp chilli oil 
(handful  of arugula cherry tomatoes Lemongrass)

The small crowd comes all the way here to meet Dato’ Fazley Yaakob! We all have fun and enjoyed the foods here !

This is the second menu ~ " Salmon mix with Lemon and green lime sauce. "
The Salmon taste fresh and juicy and won't feel fishy for me and I like the sauce too, It's just taste well with the sauce.   

Last menu will be " Nutmeg Chocolate Cake in Orange Peel with Butterscotch Sauce ".

Although he is devoting so much of his energy towards cooking these days, singing is still very much a part of his life. Dato’ Fazley, who has five albums to his name so far, released his latest single, Chocolate Cake, last year.

We have the great chance to have Dato’ Fazley Yaakob sang a " Cantonese & French " song to us during the cooking demonstration. We can enjoyed the songs while eating the foods   ^_^

He is so talent Celebrity Chef because he has also know some other language !

We all really enjoying the demonstration.

And yes, we will have an AUTOGRAPH SESSION with Dato’ Fazley Yaakob too!

Apart from the menu, Fazley is always coming up with something new, so there are usually surprises in the menu.

We had a wonderful afternoon time with Dato’ Fazley Yaakob on this " Panasonic Gourmet Cooking Tour" and We all really enjoying the demonstration.

New opening restaurant ~ * Crispy Crust * located at @Sunway

I have received a foods review from Crispy Crust which located at Sunway. 

Upon arrival, we receive a warm welcome by the owner and lead us to the table. There are few bloggers being invited for this food reviews.

The foods are mainly fried and grill which suit their brand “Crispy Crust”. When I eat, I really feel the crunchy and juicy from the fried chicken. 

If you would like to topping with some sauce, there is a few homemade sauce to offer and create another mouth sensation. 

At last, the Chief and owner manage to spare some time to explain the restaurant concept. According to the owner, they open this restaurant with a vision to become “Malaysia Famous Local Fried Chicken” and the recipe is create by themselves.

* It is not only versatile, it also tastes wonderful and has a nice crunch. *

   

The chief has made all the restaurants star menu for us to taste. 

They provide the lunch set pack, this was easy for those prefer to takeaway their foods for lunch, especially student nearby Sunway area or those that need to have a quick lunch at their office or rush for their appointment work, this will be a good idea and convenience for them to order this.

Here have few promotion sets lunch for your choice. (refer above poster and also below two set lunch).
1.) Fried fish fillet with mushroom sauce set, mix with rice or spaghetti (RM 9)
2.) Fried chicken chop serve with japanese rice (RM 7.50)

There have also prepare for the Platter set for family or in group (Platter for 4 worth RM 50).


It's combine with fresh veges salad, fish fillet, chicken chop, fried prawn, fried Sotong, pork and chicken sausage, that’s perfect to serve with their homemade sauce. 

This combination set tastes incredible good ! which we can taste for few menu in one time.

I especially like this " Double Satisfy " menu set.

A double layer chicken chop combination of home salad, chicken or beef Bacons and spaghetti Combo RM 20.

I truly enjoyed eating this combination of fresh salad ingredient, chicken, spaghetti to gether with the homemade cheese sauce, it taste sweet and sauteed with crunchy texture.

A combination of fish, prawn, mussels, squid, mushroom slices and bell pepper. Cook in a light curry sauce.

We have a fantastic time in Crispy Crust which we eat, photograph and sharing the taste on the foods. Overall the foods was fresh and nice, especially the fried chicken comes out nice & juicy with a good crispy coating.

If you want me to give a comment for this foods, I would says that their chicken is " Fried Chicken that is crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside. "

This is one of the New fast food restaurant that worth you to try and I'm sure it's taste can satisfy you and chop at affordable price ^_^

The 8th International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC) was held from 10 – 12 December 2014 in Kuala Lumpur with a record breaking attendance of 10,318 participants from 68 countries.

I was giving the chance again to attend this 8th International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC) held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

This is my third time to attend this kind of exhibition conference that invited by my company.

The point of this conference to let the same industry staff, engineers or sale person to know more about this filed and interact with the customer and also introduce their advance technology/machinery/products and also promote their project plan to customers and others through this conference.

Really eye open after attend this conference and given me more knowledge enhancement and know more details about this Industry. ^_^
