Nasi dagang, a delicacy of the people in Terengganu. Anyone going to Terengganu must try this cuisine.
This is " Nasi Dagang " one of the famous local malay dish in Terengganu.
(It is made of rice steamed in coconut milk, fish curry and extra
ingredients such as fried shaved coconut, hard-boiled eggs, Keropok and vegetable
pickles).
It is a little bit spicy but the fish curry and the rice was so delicious. Just go and try it and you will know!
The Hokkien prawn mee or Hokkien har mee, as it is known in Penang.
This dish, commonly referred to as "Hokkien mee" among the
locals, would greatly appeal to prawn lovers.
The prawns were again well cooked, they had an
almost crunchy texture and joyously succulent.
The prawns were rather large, and two were presented. They were fresh,
had a crunch to the bite, and sweet. Just like in Penang !
Curry Mee or curry
noodles uses the yellow egg noodles and is served in a light curry gravy
with cockles, prawns, cuttlefish, fried soy cakes, bean sprouts and a hot
chili paste.

The broth is the tasty, thick, savoury, very beautiful flavours. I loved it.
The portion was fairly generous for the price you are paying and for a bowl of prawn noodles, it was certainly above average.
