* Wings Musicafe * ~ celebrated their 13 years anniversary and new menu launching.

May I know where you all normally go hangout/gathering with group of friends or
colleagues?

I still remember that my friends or classmate like to ask me go for gathering mostly

at Wings Musicafe during my secondary school and also college time.

We like the environment and foods there somemore very near our house and college so is very convenience for us to hang out at Wings Musicafe.

Time flies and now Wings Musicafe has been in the market for 13 years long and also has expanded its brand to 8 branches within Malaysia.

(The branches are “ Wings Musicafe Malim Jaya Melaka, Wings Musicafe Sri Petaling, Wings Musicafe Connaught Avenue Cheras, Wings Musicafe Mahkota Cheras, Wings Musicafe PJ SS2, Wings Musicafe Kuchai Lama, Wings Musicafe Bandar Puteri Puchong & Wings Musicafe Melaka Raya Melaka)

I’m being honor invited to attending their 13 years celebration at their Sri petaling branch on last Thursday.

Wings Musicafe has collaboration with the KetchUp Community, the social community platform for ideal Café Social Spaces; and with OnFM as the Official Online Media for this "13YR" celebration event. 

In conjunction of their 13 years celebration, the organizer has split the event into three main title which is “ Past ” , “ Recent ” and “ Future ”, also launch their new 

menu on that night.

The celebration event stated with the first title called “ Past ” ad the big TV and projector screen showing the video clip talk about the history of Wings Musicafe.

Wings Musicafe Melaka is the first of the Wings Musicafe Outlets, established in Aug 2003. Located right in the town center of historical Melaka, this outlets has served the Melaka community for many years bringing good music to great friends all around.

That time, Wings Musicafe just operate by three brothers those are shop owner  and with few worker in the shop.

Second part, they start to introduce those singer and singing teacher that has been work or performed at their Wings Musicafe before for the past few years and some of them already become singer or famous song writer and even achieved some rewarded from oversea too.

The last part will be “ Future ” mean they will organize a singing competition and this competition aims to give prominence and visibility to new young singers or musicians.

Let me start introduce their new menu, we have been served with these two famous drink before start the main course.

These two famous drink are “ Redang Wave ” (Blue colour) & “ Long Vacation ” (Green colour).

Redang Wave ~ This is one of their iconic drink with received many great comments

from their customer and inspired by the movie “ Summer Holiday ”, make you imagine jumping onto the Ice Cold Redang waves and feeling cool sensation feeling as you are at the beach when upon you tasting this drink.

Long Vacation ~ This is their most popular special-mix drink.

This green drink look so healthy and beautiful decorate with snowflakes op top of the glass, that is actually salt grains.

There is no straw provided so you will need to taste it from rim to mouth,  it start from your lip, and then imbibing so only you will taste a sweet mix of Salty, this sour and sweet taste immediately diffuses in your mouth, it’s really good combination instantly making to a real feel at Hawaii.  

The starter appetizer will be their signature salad “ Wings Bacon Salad ”, This signature Salad recipe from a Chinese chef that have many western cuisines knowledge and dining experience.

I really love this Salad because the veges was so fresh, the Bacon cooked tasty soft and adding with their “ House Salad Sauce”make the taste irresistible !  

  

The first main course served will be “ Double Cheese Chicken ”. This is their ultimate Best Seller. This Double Cheese Chicken infuses two layers of cheese and half boiled egg yolk, taste very good and give you unforgettable dish indeed !  

Second menu is “ Viet Style Grilled Chicken ” this recipe is sharing from one of the shareholder’s friend who is a trained French chef. 

I feel a bit special the taste, may be I seldom eat Vietnam style chicken chop, however the taste still not bad and worth to try if you like the Vietnamese style sauce that mix with the fresh grilled chicken.

Following by the two dishes that cooked with a bit same ingredient which is cream sauce.

The first one is “ Bacon Carbonara ” my husband said the taste was good and a bit different from the other carbonara, the Italian pasta works really well with rich creamy sauces and so tasty.

The second one will be “ Bacon Risotto ” is a Chef’s recommendation, one of their newly launched creation menu. 

The rice is typically steam-cooked with cheese and cream, the resulting rise is enveloped with rich ingredients like bacon rolls, creamy white sauce to enhance the taste.

This menu worth you to try because the recipe and taste was really special and believe you will like the taste too.

Come to the last menu, it has very nice name menu called “ Friendship Platter ”, when you have no idea to order what food for those of your friends that craving for different type of snack foods, than can consider this platter.

This “ Friendship Platter ” that combining few type of their famous snack in one platter, like their most sought-after wings’ The crispy salty n spicy wings, porky fries, fried abalone mushrooms, porcupine franks and the Wings’ Mojo fries, ensure
to satisfy your taste buds with all these crispy snack while gathering with your friends.     

I like Wings Musicafe their special and relaxing concept which specializing in providing live unplugged music with mostly Chinese and English songs each night.

I think this is one of the reason make all customer love to have their gathering or even celebration at Wings Musicafe.

Still remember during my college time, Wings Musicafe is our favorite place for gathering and chilling. 

Some of my friends also having their birthday celebration at Wings Musicafe. We love to enjoy nice live unplugged song while having our tasty food.
