Dutch Lady PureFarm Strong Start bloggers contest ~ (5-day Breakfast Challenge)



I feel excited to join " Dutch Lady PureFarm Strong Start Bloggers Contest ". I will showing how I pairing this No.1 * Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk * with my daily breakfast in order to eat healthy and consume more nutrients. 



Do you all know that milk makes us strong and healthy?
Milk is known for its richness in calcium and thus its importance for our bones, teeth and help support body functions

Milk also contains many essential nutrients that our body needs.
These nutrients are vital since they provide energy and fuel for the body to regulate metabolic processes and build or repair tissues.

During a busy morning, it's easy to let breakfast fall low in our list of priorities, but taking just a few minutes to have something to eat can really make a difference for our day. 

If you don't have time to eat before leaving the house, I have some simple and easy breakfast ideas to share with you all here and that can be eaten on-the-go or when we get to work.
It take roughly about 5-10 minutes to make and eat some healthy food in the morning can be just simple.

Let’s see some of my healthy and easy breakfast ideas below: ~

DAY 1 ~ Meehoon + two packed of Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk


 
Big Thank you to Dutch Lady Malaysia for the very lovely * Strongstart Breakfast Box * and delivered it to my office in this morning. 

Do you all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we shouldn't skip our breakfast.

I would definitely eat something light foods and pair with one glass of Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk as my breakfast which is simple yet healthy breakfast meal in daily.

As milk is as good a source as any of the mineral.
Thus, drinking one glass of Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk as breakfast is a great way to start my day.

It can give me more energy to think, move and feeling better early in the morning.

Day 2 ~ Friendly and Easy breakfast for Kids

It's important for your child to eat something nutritious each morning to re-fuel for the daily activities.

In general, kids and teens who eat breakfast have more energy, concentration, eat healthier throughout the day and overall do better in school.
 
It would be great to serve whole-grain cereal, whole-grain breads, fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs and low-fat Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk for your kids in the morning.

I'm usually prepare a homemade breakfast for my kids during weekend.
Chocolate spread and decorate with fresh fruits and eggs and pairing with one glass of Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk. 

Just do a planning, a little bit decoration and creativity, breakfast can be cute, healthy and provide kids more energy.

Day 3 ~ Quick and Easy Breakfast Idea

Oat or cereal mix with Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk will be my quick and simple morning meal.

I like to prepare easy breakfast when I in morning rush for work or meeting.

This breakfast just take few minutes to prepare then just grab and go, save time as got an easy can have a balanced meal in the morning.


Day 4 ~ Local Malaysian breakfast 

 

Nasi lemak and roti canai this two national dish is one of Malaysia’s most popular breakfasts.

You can found this two dish in many stalls across Malaysia, the aromatic coconut rice that pair off extremely well with sambal as breakfast, and it's best washed down with a glass of Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk.
 
This is common breakfast and also one of my favorite breakfast too!


Day 5 ~ Western-style breakfasts 

A juicy fish fillet topped with egg, mini bread, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes served with french fries and pair with one glass of Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk.

Sometime we will craving some delicious western style foods as breakfast. 

Fish is good sources of protein and are typically low in fat. Milk and vegetable provides calcium, vitamins and fiber.
This dish is full of protein, energy and nutrients which will keep me satisfied, and feel great all morning long.

I love to eat breakfast and pair with Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk, it's the best meal of the day as far as I'm concerned.

Making breakfast a priority is a must, and some healthy tips can keep your morning running smoothly.
