上个礼拜去了一家新店 * OMBAK KITCHEN * 吃海鲜。
这家店的海鲜让我们出乎意料的非常新鲜，他们的店长跟我们解释说他们的海鲜都是每天新鲜的采购和直接活生生的运送到他们的店面里。

I have went to a new seafood restaurant * OMBAK KITCHEN * to eat seafood on last week.
The seafood in this restaurant are quite fresh, and their store manager explained to us that their seafood is freshly sourced daily and delivered directly to their restaurant.
They want to serve their customers with premium fresh seafood such as shrimp, large squid, prawns, clams, live crabs, and many more.
I would like to introduce some of their special seafood and ingredients.
Quality Rice
High quality fragrant rice type is served here instead of normal rice.
Beverage
Beside coffee-based beverages, we serve trendy and fancy beverages such as the famous Bubble Tea & all sorts of Mocktails.

* At Ombak Kitchen, they have serve for 3 main signature sauce using only western sauces such as ombak crazy cajun, buttermilk sauce, creamy zesty lemon sauce and etc.
* All our sauces are cooked using pure butter, not cooking oil. The main reason is not only they want to serve quality food but also to enhance flavor & taste of the food.
Their seafood is unique in the way of not use oil to fried it.
They think seafood are better cooked by using a method of boiled or steamed,and this is also a healthier cooking way which can preserve the freshness and juiciness of the seafood.
You can enjoy a different flavors of seafood by pairing with their signature of western style sauce. The unique sauce can make the seafood taste wonderful.
