Milk No.1 for breakfast ~ * Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk *

It is a sunny morning and I received a called from a guy that informed me will sending a pack of box to me around 9am something to my office.
Around 9am something, the receptionist called me and said there have a box for me, so I go down lobby to pick the box from a guy and said thank you to him. 
I feel surprise when received this lovely breakfast box, it's look like a gift box that nicely wrap with the blue ribbon.
I liked the box with the wrapping of the items/foods and very pleased.
Let's have a look what come inside with this lovely box. 


Besides, I feel so excited to join “Dutch Lady PureFarm 7 Days Milk at Breakfast blogger contest” and sharing to my reader and friends how I pairing this No.1 * Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk * with my daily breakfast in order to eat healthy and consume more nutrients.
There are several benefits from drinking milk other than just provide nutrients.

Sharing my 7 Days Breakfast diaries here ; ~ 

 Day 1 : Nasi Lemak + Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk + Apple

This is really good and common breakfast that I believe everyone have try before.
Nasi Lemak is one of the most famous national food of Malaysia and also popular yet healthy breakfast in our country. 
Love the taste love the famous dishes " Nasi Lemak " .

Day 2 : Biscuits + Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk + Apple

My simple and easy light breakfast. When I need to rushing for an early morning meeting/work, I usually just quick prepare this light breakfast, even though just simple breakfast but enough to full my stomach when pairing with my favorite Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk that provide me more energy and also eating with the fruit which is more easy for digestion.
Day 3 : Chicken Soup noodle (made with chicken broth, sausage and egg) + Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk  

The balanced nutrition come from the noodle (added with sausage, egg and milk), with these protein, vitamin and calcium to keep you on your toes all morning.  
Day 4 : Sandwich + Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk  + Banana

I have my simple and easy prepare breakfast. Love to eat sandwich with Dutch Lady PureFarm milk, taste good and could help with weight loss as the high protein content in egg sandwich makes us feel fuller for longer and with banana will great for digestion too.

Day 5 : Sausage Bun + Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk + Purple grapes 

My simple and easy breakfast idea to provide me more nutrients and refreshing morning. That is common breakfast that paired with Milk, bread or bun, saved time and got an easy, balanced meal.
It is perfect paring your bun/bread/cake with Milk, taste wonderful.

Day 6 : Western style breakfast (make with bread, sausage, chicken ham, french fried, salad and egg) + Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk + Apple


This breakfast more preferable by kids because of the french fried, as this will become delicious meal when pairing with Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk, provide hydrated with the water sauce from the milk and also variety nutritious choices to kick start the morning.  


Day 7 : Fried rice (cooked with chiceken ham, egg, add some tomato, veges and 2 small chicken drumstick) + Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk

Rice breakfast meal always gives me plenty of nutrition, fills me up so I'm not feel hungry before lunch and provide me tons of energy to start my active and joyful day.

It's always convenient and also healthy when we paired with some fruit or milk into our daily breakfast.

In conclusion, having our daily breakfast with consumption of milk is essential for maintaining good health and having the energy and strength to do normal activities.

  1. memang kena minum susu la kan.. densiti tulang makin hari makin menyusut.. risau osteoporosis jek.. hee~ 40% wanita yang berusia 30 tahun keatas menghidap maslaah osteoporosis tau.. jadi.. minum lah susu.. sebba.. skearang ni ade jugak awal 20-an masalah reput tulang..
