As usual, all teams were given a fixed budget to buy ingredients from SKM Market, one of the event sponsors, in 30 minutes.
Besides, there are some rules to be followed by the participants for this finale cooking competition.

All participants need to follow below competition rules.

* Each team consists of two members, one member must be a child (aged between 10-18 years old) and a parent/guardian.

* Contestants are given a fixed budget and the child is responsible for purchasing the cooking ingredients from SKM Market, one of the event sponsors.

* Contestants are required to cook a main dish within 1 hour and based on a designated theme using Lee Kum Kee sauces.

* Contestants have to cook the dish based on Theme provided by the organizer.

For this final Round, prawn would be the main ingredient.

(Same as what I have said in the 1st round too ~ this is really interesting part when the organizer only informed the contestants the cooking theme on that day itself, which mean the contestants won’t have time to prepare in early)

All the teams are busy preparing their ingredients for the appetizer and main dish, most of them using fruits and veges as their appetizer ingredients.

Their helper (son & daughter) play an important role, which they need to assist to cut and decorate the dish.

This have show the team work between both of the team member to getting done their tasty foods within the time.

Mr. Peter Davis demonstrated his impressive culinary skills outside the MMA cage by preparing two dishes with prawn as the main ingredient.  Now only I know he has a good cooking skills besides his MMA talents.
